I put the phone down and reflected on the fact that I had just engaged with another insurance company, purely because they approached me with a bit of style....
This questionnaire for a Swedish insurance company (Trygg Hansa) is a great example where a bit of design love and some nice production values can take a simple experience like a questionnaire and make it a thing of beauty. (Warning, it's a broadband experience) It actually made me answer their questions and I enjoyed the process. Now that surprised me.
